We became licensed in September of 1991.
We have completed a considerable amount of work for Pardee Construction, Barratt American, Income Growth Management, American Home Shield and a host of others.
When you look at one of our roofs, right away you can see something special. You can see the pride in workmanship. But these roofs are not just aesthetically pleasing, it’s the expert workmanship that goes into them that will make them last longer than roofs installed by others.
The choice of materials also plays an important part. There’s a saying that’s good to remember. “You can take the best materials and have them installed by someone who is inexperienced or doesn’t care, and end up with a leaky roof that doesn’t last long. You can also use the cheapest, worst roofing materials and have them installed by a conscientious, professional roofer and have a roof that will last a long time. Roof Replacement
Your new roof replacement includes complete removal of the existing roof system down to the plywood. Installing 2 layers of the best quality underlayment. New metal flashing at walls, skylights and chimneys are installed. We use only new roof material for primary and secondary pipe flashings.
Roof Repair
Improper roof installations can cause your roof to fail, resulting in premature roof leaks.
Roof Leak Repair
If water is coming into your home, it is because something has failed, or is not done correctly and water is able to penetrate past the underlayment. We treat roof leak repairs in the same manner that we do with a new roof installation.
